Physical Therapy

I started physical therapy for what I now know is tendonitis in my shoulders and hips, and also for my tailbone that points straight down, rather than curving in, like it is supposed to.

I can already tell a difference after one day of exercises (one difference being that my muscles are SORE).

The goal is for me to complete the semi-weekly therapy within three months;  of course, maintaining progress will last a lifetime.

    and yay? for physical therapy? I'm glad you know what's wrong but that kinds of sucks to have to do. good luck.
